- Booking & Pricing Policy: The quoted package rate requires a minimum group size of 3 Adults and 1 Child (3y) traveling together. Children under 2 years are considered infants and travel free of charge, while those aged 12 and above are considered adults. Security deposits may be required by hotels upon check-in, and any personal expenses or room damages will be deducted from this deposit.
- Travel Documents & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel. A valid Singapore Visa is mandatory, and all short-term visitors must successfully submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online within three days prior to arriving in Singapore.
- Transportation & Vehicle Rules: All airport transfers and sightseeing operate on a 100% Private (PVT) basis strictly according to the scheduled itinerary and are not available for personal use. Extra charges will apply for split flight transfers, and a midnight surcharge applies to transfers between 22:00 Hrs and 06:59 Hrs. - Sightseeing Operations: Outdoor attractions (such as the Skyline Luge, Cable Car, Wings of Time, and Mandai Wildlife Reserve) are subject to weather conditions and local safety decisions, and may be rescheduled without prior notice. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed time slots, or unutilized theme park tickets.
- Force Majeure & Liabilities: Find Holidays is not liable for extra expenses incurred due to bad weather, unexpected attraction closures, flight delays, or technical interruptions beyond our control.
